1. Scope

Anatrova ("Anatrova," "we," "our," or "us") provides software for basketball trainers, parents, and their authorized users to manage scheduling, availability, bookings, payments, messaging, and related operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Anatrova website, the Anatrova Trainer app, the Anatrova Parent app, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through use of the Services, and limited technical information needed to operate the mobile apps.

Account and profile information. This may include your name, email address, phone number when provided, profile photo, role, trainer business information, services, availability, and account preferences.
Athlete and training information. Trainers and parents may provide information needed to organize training, including athlete names, ages, skill levels, package selections, and booking-related details.
Scheduling, booking, and payment records. This may include session details, availability, locations, package or membership selections, purchase status, payment status, invoices, and transaction-related records. Payment card and bank details are entered into Stripe's secure payment flow; Anatrova does not receive or store full payment card or bank account numbers.
Communications. We process messages, message metadata, and notifications exchanged through the Services so trainers and parents can coordinate training and bookings.
Photos and other user content. If you choose to upload a profile photo or provide other content through the Services, we process that content to provide the requested feature.
Device, app, and notification information. When enabled by you, the mobile apps process an Expo push-notification token, device platform, and app version so we can deliver service-related notifications.
Trainer app analytics. The Anatrova Trainer app uses PostHog to collect account-linked screen and tab interaction events, such as which product areas are opened. We use this data to understand product use and improve the Services. We do not use it for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. How We Use Information

Provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
Authenticate existing authorized users and administer accounts.
Coordinate bookings, schedules, availability, packages, payments, and communications.
Send service, security, account, and notification messages that you have requested or enabled.
Measure product use and improve the Trainer app and related workflows.
Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Within the training relationship. Trainers, parents, and their authorized users may see information needed to schedule, book, pay for, or communicate about training services.
Service providers. We use providers that process information on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payment processing, Expo for mobile push notifications, and PostHog for Trainer app analytics.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information where required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services.
Business administration. We may disclose information to professional advisors or in connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Mobile Apps and Notifications

The Anatrova mobile apps are intended for existing authorized Trainer and Parent accounts. They do not create new accounts through the mobile sign-in flow. If you enable notifications, we use your push-notification token to deliver service-related messages, such as booking or communication updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

6. Information About Athletes and Minors

Anatrova is used by trainers and parents to manage youth and adult basketball training. We expect parents or legal guardians, and trainers acting within their authorized relationship, to provide and manage athlete information through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the mobile apps. If you believe information about a child has been provided to us improperly, contact us so we can review the request.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Services, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Stripe processes payment credentials in its secure payment environment; Anatrova does not store full payment card or bank account numbers.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw notification permissions through your device settings.
